VoteMaui.org
is a group of volunteers engaged in nonpartisan voter registration and education. We will be holding voter registration drives at the Queen Kaahumanu Center in
Kahului every Saturday until September 29, 2012. We are seeking 1 volunteer for each of 2 shifts: 10:00 a.m.-12:00noon and 12noon - 2:00 p.m. every Saturday.
Experience as a deputy voter registrar is preferred but not required. Volunteers with little or no experience in voter registration work will be given on-the-job
training, provided, that they can commit to working at least 2 Saturdays.
Our voter registration tables will be located next to the Customer Service Booth, on the side of the escalators, at the center court of Queen Kaahumanu Center.
To volunteer, first click on the EVENTS tab to look for "OPEN" shifts in the calendar. When you have decided which day(s) and shift(s) you would like to sign-up for,
click on the VOLUNTEER tab, provide your contact information, and type-in the day(s) and shift(s) you want, and your contact phone number in the Comment box.
